A Nampa man has been arrested for felony DUI after he hit a curb with his motorcycle.
Boise Police say they responded to the crash Thursday morning at about 2 a.m. Officers determined the motorcycle rider, Andrew Petters, 25, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, had struck the curb at Myrtle and Avenue A in downtown Boise.
The man failed some field sobriety tests before a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony.
